Mastering TPS: CEOs Dive into Kaizen at the TPS Training Center

We conducted a training program in our own TPS Training Center and companies that intensely engages in TPS Kaizen activities daily, with the participation of CEOs from various companies, including manufacturing and software, etc..

Everyone was seriously absorbed in the lectures and the production site. Notably, they took numerous photos of unique TPS activities such as various guiding manuals displayed in the field and improvement objectives set by the workers.
