About Karakuri KAIZEN exhibition tour
This is a 2-day tour. – October 30 (Wen) and 31 (Thu) 2019 – Content : TPS seminar and Karakuri kaizen exhibition By visiting Karakuri kaizen exhibition on the day after the training, you can better understand the kaizen. It is possible to pick up and drop off at hotels in tokyo. ※Pick up point (transportaion) : Yurakucho station, Ikebukuro station, Shinagawa station.

About Karakuri KAIZEN exhibition
October 30 (Wen) and 31 (Thu) 2019Karakuri KAIZEN means solving problems on the manufacturing floor with your own ideas. 110 companies and 454 KAIZEN cases gathered, and approximately 10,000 visitors are planned in two days. There are always presenters! You can listen directly to the mechanism and ingenuity of the work, and the points of hardship! Many works that are actually used in companies!
About TPS seminar

We will pick you up at your hotel or pick up point and go to the seminar venueVenue:Near the Shinagawa-station
Training by eexperienced consultant.
The consultant is a karakuri KAIZEN professional.
In the second half of the seminar, we will share the issues that participants have.
We will share which booth you should check at the Karakuri Improvement Exhibition.About TPS and Lean
Nearly 30 years ago, Lean was presented as the generic version of TPS.
Actually, Lean was an interpretation of TPS – a rather poor interpretation.
Then, over time, Lean drifted farther away from TPS, thus making it far less of a generic version of TPS and more its own unique thing.
“Difference”
The lean production method is packaged even as a production management method, and a set of texts, checklists, and standards required for introduction is provided as a package from a consulting company.
On the other hand, TPS is a production method that has been established to thoroughly eliminate waste on the production line.
It is a method that has been systematized based on the two pillars of “just-in-time” and “automation” in order to define seven wastes and eliminate them.

About an hour, each team goes around the exhibition booth with an interpreter on the route decided by us.
