Ise Jingu, officially ‘Jingu’, includes 125 jinja(shinto shrine), centered around Kotaijingu(Naiku), dedicated to Amaterasu-Omikami, and Toyo’uke-daijingu(Geku), dedicated to Toyo’uke-no-Omikami.
Its area is roughly the same size as Center of Paris.
More than 1,500 rituals are conducted here yearly to pray for the prosperity of the Imperial family, the peace of the world, and the huge harvest. - 13:00

Okage Yokocho
The idea of Okage Yokocho emerged through a deep sense of gratitude for the beautiful surroundings, bountiful resources and appreciation for all living things in the small, tucked away town of Oharai, in front of Ise Jingu in Ise City.Okage Yokocho opened in the summer of 1993, the same year as the sixty-first Shikinen Sengu, an Ise Jingu ritual held every 20 years to remake all of palaces form scratch.
In Japanese, the word okage means thankfulness and yokocho means a kind of side street. The word oharai means purification.

Mr. Ishigaki was Chief Foreman of Honsha (head office) Plant of Toyota Motor Corporation.
He is another true professional who knows the factory shop floor like the palm of his hand.
He was responsible for the smooth running of the assembly lines of Honsha Plant.About TPS and Lean
Nearly 30 years ago, Lean was presented as the generic version of TPS.
Actually, Lean was an interpretation of TPS – a rather poor interpretation.
Then, over time, Lean drifted farther away from TPS, thus making it far less of a generic version of TPS and more its own unique thing.“Difference”
The lean production method is packaged even as a production management method, and a set of texts, checklists, and standards required for introduction is provided as a package from a consulting company.
On the other hand, TPS is a production method that has been established to thoroughly eliminate waste on the production line.
It is a method that has been systematized based on the two pillars of “just-in-time” and “automation” in order to define seven wastes and eliminate them. - 16:30
