Overview
“TPS Improvement Bicycle Dojo” is a course where you can experience and learn how to cultivate eyes for finding waste, how to improve them, and “notice”.
In addition, through team formation, students are encouraged to think with other people and develop teamwork and communication skills.
The first day consists of a combination of lectures, practical training, case studies, and video introductions.
On the second day, assemble your bicycle using the knowledge and experience you gained on the first day. And check the effect before and after the improvement.
