Activity Report: Japan KAIZEN Training Tour (March 2026)

In March 2026, we conducted a KAIZEN training tour for a group of international professionals. The group consisted of participants with various levels of experience in Japan; while some were visiting for the first time, others were returning for their second or third training session.

Purpose: Japan Training Tour to learn KAIZEN
Program: TPS Practical Training Dojo and Factory Visit

At the TPS Practical Training Dojo, participants engaged in hands-on learning to master the spirit of improvement. We believe that consistent practice and reflection are the keys to mastering TPS.
