Ways to increase productivity

– “1 Visualization and Clean up” –
After the accident occur, we can notice it’ problems. (Usually the problems have been hidden. )
The visualization bring problems into surface.
Therefore,we must cleaning out.

– “2 Stop behavior that has no value to the customer” –
Useless work increases more useless behavior and ultimately compressed the management.
Is that work worth with be paid for the customer?
Site managers should seek to more simplify their work. If you do it that, no matter who does it, the same quality can be made possible.

– “3 jidoka (autonomation)/ The use of robots” –
First, human engineers build new line component steadily simplify its operations. Simple-moving robots are cheaper, easier to repair, and less expensive to maintain.

  • Efficient the line of flow
  • Simple and flexible process that are adaptable to fluctuations in production volume.
  • Earthquake-resistant technology

The seismic standards were revised in 981, and currently, 75% of Japanese buildings are earthquake resistant, but are still improving to 90%.
    Earthquake-resistance < Vibration control < Seismic isolation
In Japan, where there are many earthquakes, it has been reported that the performance of seismic isolation is higher than the other two for each major earthquake. (Although the cost of seismic isolation will of course be higher)
