Overview
Good Aquaculture Practice method (hereinafter referred to as “GAP method”) is a set of management method that aquaculture companies arrange points of management by themselves for the purpose of securing food safety of aquaculture marine products. Those management points are put into practice, recorded, and checked/evaluated for improvement of aquaculture production.
